Tonight, We All Lose
Dear Mr. Robin Williams,
Tonight, we all lose. It’s losses like today, Mr. Robin Williams, that silver screens everywhere go dark, mouths silence, heads bow down in sadness and in honor, and people start really thinking about where we are in this world. We start considering the pressure. We consider everything we believe is good and everything we believe is bad. We consider the difficulties, and not just ours but… it’s losses like today we consider the difficulties others may be experiencing. I hope in this loss, there are also lessons. I hope in this loss eyes are opened. I hope in this loss a greater consideration is met. Thank you for all you ever gave us. All of it.
