We got the house we wanted to rent.  I guess technically it’s a condo, or townhouse…What’s the difference???

We have huge 2 car garage, washer & dryer hookups (mom is letting us take her washer & dryer, cool) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, nice living room and diningroom area.  Dishwasher fridge, and nice size balconies for a BBQ pit.

I’m still alive.

I went to the gym and actually worked out today, it felt nice to stretch my body was pleased, and then it hated me when I had pizza rolls at 10:30 at night.  oh well – tomorrow is another day

This sunday is my last day cleaning the doctors office, so I"ll be down to 2 jobs.  That will be nice, but still alot.  5 days at the hotel and 2 days at the salon.  At least til busy season is over.  then back to 3 days at the salon, hopefully the clientele will pick up when college people come back.

We had our read thru for The Mousetrap, I think it will be fun and cute.  I’ve never done anything at the Pewter Plough Playhouse in Cambria, its a quant little theatre and I get to use a british accent.  sweet.  We are still, actually, looking for another male for a fairly large part.  We’ll see what comes up.

I think I’m going to audition for Oliver! as well when it comes up.  auditions are tentatively planned for around the same time the Mousetrap opens, so it will be different.  But I’m not physically prepared for the role, hence the gym excursion today.  I haven’t danced or been active since I left school 2 1/2 years ago and although a 4-6 weeks is not enough time to become the best everything, it will help my body remember how to move and maybe want to do more of it.  

Mr. Man is up north taking care of the roommate changeover in the house he’s renting out, and he’s gonna work with this brother for a few days so he’s gone until next week.

Today I got paid from the hotel and then paid rent for roxy salon, and registered my car and paid my accountant for doing my taxes, and now I have about $20 left.  cool.

Mr. Man and another friend of mine are looking for a place to live.  LIke a 2bed/2bath or 2bed/1 bath.  We’ve looked at a few places but nothing that works for all of us yet, but I know we’ll find something.

I miss cincinnati, alot.

I closed my myway and excite email accounts today.  forwarded all the messages I wanted to keep over to my gmail account so I still have them.  I kept some I couldn’t let go of, surprisingly.  Like some of the back and forth kaza and I had during our fall out.  A couple from my mom, stuff like that.  bla bla bla.

aaaaaaaand i’m tired and get up in 6 hours to work at the hotel.  then the gym, or a nap then gym.  but either way, tomorrow is a gym day.  dammit!!  

I auditioned for a play called The Mousetrap at the Pewter Playhouse in Cambria. I was cast in the role of Miss Casewell, british accent in tow. Stay Tuned, this will be my first play since PCPA (you know, since I dropped Godspell. fleh)

I’m alive.  Working my three jobs and seeing my friends in between.  I’m even contemplating on auditioning for a play, the hard part is that it’s in Cambria (50 miles from AG) yikes. 

I don’t have pictures to prove anything.  But this last weekend was fun.

Friday I worked at the salon, went to dinner at Garlands with Mr. Man and went to the grocery store to get the things I needed for Rich’s annual 4th of July BBQ.  Went home, made The Rice and Potato Salad then stayed with Mr. Man

Saturday I worked at the Hotel until 3pm, rushed home and warmed the rice up and headed over to Rich’s house in time for food to be done and ready to be eaten.  I had 30, yes Thirty Jello Shooters made by BreeAnn not including my large Jaeger Jello shooter and a few 7&7’s and I was sober by 9pm.  Mr. Man and I walked over to the beach and sat on the cold sand and watched the fireworks all around us and could see the pismo fireworks as well.  Then we went home.

Sunday  I worked at the hotel again then did some laundry then went to hang out with my dad

What I missed was watching Independence Day.  I’ve watched it every years for sooooo long and I missed it this year.  I could always just watch it out of no where to make up for it though.  It’s not the end of the world (see how I did that?)
 

I interviewed twice with ladies from Sephora, for a retail position, and I received a postcard that pretty much said "thanks for applying, but we hired someone else, Love Sephora."

I really need either MORE CLIENTS (which is ideal), or another job that is hourly because I need the guaranteed income.  I really need to start making payments to my credit cards and student loans.  

It’s REALLY hard right now just keeping my cel phone turned on, paying my rent at the salon, and having money to buy supplies for waxing and paying for the facial products etc.  

I’m getting really discouraged.  I’ve made up some specials for the summer to try to drive some more clientele my way, but I really need more money.  I’m lucky to be living in a rent free situation providing I am helpful with the cleaning and making food for the kids and stuff.  I’m lucky to have a family and friends that help if they can, when they can – but money is tight for everyone.  

Some friends have suggested a sort of mobil service for facials, and I’m gonna see if I can do that.  It would be hard to tote around products and supplies and my massage table and mini steamer, but if I can get some clients it may be worth it.  I’d have to charge them gas money too…these are just things I’m thinking about. 

I’m available Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Wednesday if you hear of anything, or have any ideas for me to get some work.
